Lecture-based performance, 2010
Nice is a lecture-based performance that presents the “iceberg” theory of nice. It argues that “nice” and “niceness” are all too often misunderstood, criticized, and undervalued. The lecture explores the historical and contemporary definitions of nice as well as it’s etymology, seeking to re-invest nice with its lost power and to consider niceness as the complex and radical act that it is.
